Formules

Cédric Calvar worked in the kitchens of several major Paris hotels, then served as Head Chef at Goupil in the 17th arrondissement. He is now Head Chef at La Guinguette de Neuilly, where he serves authentic French dishes befitting the true Guinguette tradition!
